I’m in here somewhere . . .

So Matt and I hopped in the car just before dawn yesterday and, after 16 hours of driving through 8 states, we’ve made it to Nebraska! I’m here visiting my friend Meghan who is finishing up a six-week painting residency at the Kimmel Harding Nelson Center for the Arts in Nebraska City. The facilities here are beautiful and I’ve found the Nebraska landscape to be very calming, aside from an insane electric storm that overtook the plains last night. Unfortunately, I’ve forgotten to pack my camera cord so pictures will have to wait until I get back to Spartanburg. Full updates to be posted when I return . . .
